Innerglow Circle
Pattern first. Protocol second. Inside the physician’s mind.
A members’ community for women who want to learn pattern-based Traditional Chinese Medicine — the way it’s taught in clinic, not the way it’s posted on Instagram.
Most TCM content online sells a remedy before it teaches the pattern. The Circle reverses that order. Inside, members learn to read their own constitution the way a clinician reads a patient — cycle, face, sleep, skin, mood — pattern first, protocol second. That’s the order I was trained in, and it’s the order that keeps women from spending another decade on supplements that were never calibrated for the system actually changing.
What you’ll find inside
The Pattern Library. Pattern-based teaching on cycles, PMS, perimenopause, postpartum, and the constitutional patterns that drive aging and aesthetics. Built around the way I diagnose in clinic.
The Diagnostic Lab. Face-zone reading, tongue diagnosis, constitutional self-checks. A monthly tongue-photo review thread where members post a clear photo and I respond with what the tongue shows.
The Protocol Atelier. Lifestyle protocols matched to your pattern, not to a generic ideal. Nutrition, movement, sleep architecture — written for who you actually are, not who the wellness internet thinks you are.
The Inner Circle Salon. Live monthly office hours. Member spotlights. Periodic guest experts — functional MDs, integrative gynecology, fertility coaches — invited because they sharpen the conversation.
Who the Circle is for
Primarily women in their 30s through 50s, primarily on the US West Coast, who want clinical depth without medspa marketing. The kind of woman who has read enough about “balancing your hormones” and now wants to know which hormone, which pattern, which lever — and on what timeline. That’s the conversation the Circle is built for.
It is not a wellness-influencer feed and it is not a medspa newsletter. It is what happens when you sit beside a clinician’s desk and learn how patterns are read — cycle, face, sleep, skin — before any protocol is chosen.
How it works
Async-first, with one anchored live event each month. Bay Area founders, physicians, and executives cannot reliably show up at fixed times — the rhythm respects that.
- Mondays — new content drop
- Wednesdays — new website article + member-only clinical addendum (the deeper commentary that doesn’t fit into a public article)
- Last Sunday of each month — live office hours (one hour, Zoom, recorded for replay). First live office hour: Sunday, May 31, 2026 · 7am PT.
Members spend roughly 90 minutes a week reading. Live attendance adds one hour a month. Both rhythms work.
A note on access
The Circle is open to founding members during its first three months. There is no fee during this window — not as a promotion, but because I want to build the foundation of the community alongside the women who are early enough to shape it.
When membership transitions to a paid tier, the first thirty founding members lock in the lowest rate the Circle will ever offer. Pricing afterward reflects the depth of the work.
I am building this slowly, on purpose. The Circle is a place for women who would rather learn the medicine well than learn it fast.
Join Innerglow Circle
The community lives on Skool. Free during the founding window. Bring your tongue photo, your cycle questions, your face-reading curiosity — and the willingness to learn the patterns before you reach for the protocols.
