- 痰濕內盛 (Phlegm-Dampness accumulation)
- 因脾失健運,飲食肥甘過多,水濕聚集
- 表現:肥胖、舌苔厚膩、容易疲倦
- 肝氣鬱結 (Liver Qi stagnation)
